Kinetic Chain Release is a simple yet extremely effective system of joint mobilization and body stretches, developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert.  KCR brings the physical body back into balance quickly and easily, frequently providing a high degree of relief and even instant resolution.  Increased athletic performance is guaranteed.

KCR sessions are typically 30 - 60 minutes.

  • During the session, you are fully clothed at all times. You will experience relaxation and improved flexibility.
