Research sponsored by the National Institutes of Health suggests that “people who use complementary approaches for wellness tend to have better overall health, higher rates of physical activity, and lower rates of obesity than those who use complementary approaches to help manage a health problem.”

According to the Center for Disease Control and the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP),

“high levels of well-being mean that we are more able to respond to difficult circumstances, to innovate and constructively engage with other people and the world around us…there is also a strong case for regarding well-being as an ultimate goal of human endeavor”.

At Vibrant Wellbeing, creating a wellness plan of care provides a structure to get from point A to point B. From Dis-ease to wellness or wellness to even greater vitality, wellbeing and inner presence.

At no time are complementary or alternative therapies a replacement for Western medical services.
